Terms and Conditions of Products Orders and Deliveries
Skinny Tan have attempted to describe products accurately, however slight variations in the look of the actual goods and packaging may occur. We take care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, are subject to alteration by the seller without notice. Any claim howsoever arising will not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the buyer.
Skinny Tan shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. The company cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions. This statement does not affect your statutory rights. Goods are sold on the understanding that they are to be used only for their intended purpose.
Skinny Tan will accept no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing product supplied by us.

DEFINITIONS - In these terms and conditions ‘the seller’ or ‘the company’ means Skinny Tan and ‘the buyer’ mean the Purchaser of goods from the seller under these terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights protect the goods supplied. You may not reproduce, modify or copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content without the written permission of Skinny Tan.
PRICES - Are those ruling at dispatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary. Unless otherwise stated prices are inclusive of GST.
PACKAGING - Please note that product packaging may differ from the product images, however the formula and volume will be the same.
ORDERING - Ordering can be done via the skinnytan.com.au website.
BILLING/PAYMENT - Payment is due to the company in full prior to dispatch of goods by credit card, PayPal or cheque payable to Skinny Tan.
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE - The retail price of the Skinny Tan products has been carefully considered to take in to account market demands and value. Retailers are encouraged to stay within $1 of the RRP.
TRADING SKINNY TAN ONLINE - Whilst we are happy for Trade customers to use their own online websites to sell Skinny Tan, we do not allow people to sell via Amazon websites. Skinny Tan has a distributor who has control of Amazon and who can sell there. Should other people sell via Amazon, Skinny Tan reserves the right to cease trading with that company / trader.
CLAIMS - Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The company must be informed in writing within 14 days of date of invoice in the case of loss. The company will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits.
RETURNED GOODS - If you wish to return unwanted goods please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition and unaltered (for example the addition of personalised logos), unused and sent back to us with its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds will be subject to the purchase price and the customer incurs the shipping & handling costs. Postage charges will not be refunded. Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a tracking number from your postal company of choice, as the company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
DELIVERY - The times quoted (if any) are given in good faith, but shall not be binding. Skinny Tan can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Skinny Tan Professional nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
DELIVERY CHARGES - Parcels will be sent by Australia Post. Parcels sent on a 5-10 working days may sit in a queue when order volumes are high but are still sent on a courier tracked service. You can jump this queue by opting for our Express Delivery services.
EXPORT - Skinny Tan does not export, however please contact us as we can discuss how Skinny Tan can meet your needs.
ALTERATIONS - Any modification to orders must be confirmed in writing by the buyer and agreed in writing by the company.
DISCOUNTS - Only x1 discount code may be used at the checkout per transaction. If we are running are sale with a discount code included, you will not be able to use an additional code on top of that. Attempting this will cancel out one of your codes.

The Skinny Tan mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Skinny Tan US Ltd, “Skinny Tan”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.), as well as promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Skinny Tan via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel at any time. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other Skinny Tan mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
