We hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any Product for a full refund within 30 days from delivery.
If you have not received your order then please contact our returns department at email@example.com.
If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a refund. Please contact us to arrange this.
If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order but you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the Products to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the Products to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the Products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned Products. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
